• Distribute content: copy, distribute or sell exam questions or materials
• Harass others: post offensive, abusive or harassing content
• Spam: send unsolicited advertisements or promotional content
• Violate laws: use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate: pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
• Scrape data: use automated means to extract data from the platform
• Interfere: disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation

4.2 Exam Integrity

• Exams must be completed individually without assistance
• Sharing exam questions or answers is strictly prohibited
• Use of external resources during timed exams isn't permitted (unless explicitly allowed)

5.1 Platform Content

All content on the platform (exam questions, study materials, software, logos, trademarks, graphics) is owned by Mooock or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

5.3 User-Generated Content

When you post comments, feedback or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display your content to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

7.1 Current Free Service

The platform is currently offered free of charge as a freemium service.

7.2 Future Paid Features

We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions or premium content in the future. If we do, we'll provide advance notice. You'll have the option to accept or decline paid features.

9.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be anonymised within 30 days.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we'll email registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
