By accessing or using the platform at Mooock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Mooock is an online exam-preparation platform that provides:
- Mock exams for professional certifications (ServiceNow, ITIL, PRINCE2, AWS, and more)
- Practice questions and study materials
- Progress tracking and performance analytics
- Certificates of completion (platform-only — see §6)
- Study-plan management
- Community features (comments, discussions)
3. Eligibility
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Accuracy
- Provide accurate, current and complete information at registration
- Maintain and update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Don't share your account with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
3.3 One Account Per User
Each user may only create one account. Multiple accounts may be terminated without notice.
4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You shall NOT:
- Cheat or manipulate: use automated scripts, bots or tools to complete exams
- Share credentials: share your account or exam content with others
- Reverse engineer: attempt to access source code or reverse-engineer the platform
- Distribute content: copy, distribute or sell exam questions or materials
- Harass others: post offensive, abusive or harassing content
- Spam: send unsolicited advertisements or promotional content
- Violate laws: use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate: pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your affiliation
- Scrape data: use automated means to extract data from the platform
- Interfere: disrupt or interfere with the platform's operation
4.2 Exam Integrity
- Exams must be completed individually without assistance
- Sharing exam questions or answers is strictly prohibited
- Use of external resources during timed exams isn't permitted (unless explicitly allowed)
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Platform Content
All content on the platform (exam questions, study materials, software, logos, trademarks, graphics) is owned by Mooock or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
5.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
5.3 User-Generated Content
When you post comments, feedback or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display your content to operate the Service. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Exam Results and Certificates
Important: Results are for practice purposes only. They don't guarantee success on official certification exams. We're not affiliated with official certification bodies. Certificates are provided as proof of completion on this platform — NOT as official certifications.
7. Freemium Model and Future Payments
7.1 Current Free Service
The platform is currently offered free of charge as a freemium service.
7.2 Future Paid Features
We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions or premium content in the future. If we do, we'll provide advance notice. You'll have the option to accept or decline paid features.
8. Data & Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data at any time through your account settings.
9. Account Termination
9.1 Termination by You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be anonymised within 30 days.
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

- We're not liable for damages or losses resulting from use or downtime
- We don't guarantee success on official certification exams
- Practice exams are for preparation purposes only
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mooock from any claims, liabilities, damages or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
12. Modifications to Service and Terms
12.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service with or without notice.
12.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we'll email registered users. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- Waiver: failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later
- Assignment: you may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction
